Eikon includes a huge range of financial ratios, the whole stock market, fixed income securities (market movements, research, analysis and settlement bundled in one location), detailed information on money and foreign exchange markets in conjunction with customised analysis tools and information on raw materials, agricultural and energy markets as well as on metals and meaningful analysis. Much of the data can comfortably be downloaded through Eikon Excel.
a) The Deals module delivers information on global financial and corporate transactions (M&As, IPOs, corporate restructuring, joint ventures/alliances etc.).
b) The Ownership module makes it possible to analyse the ownership structure of global companies.
c) Private Equity covers over 20,000 venture, buyout and mezzanine funds, portfolio companies, as well as executives with contact addresses and short CVs.
d) I/B/E/S provides earnings data, such as P/E ratios, market capitalisation, historical growth rates, dividends, etc.
e) First Call makes it possible to access corporate, industry and economic reports, and provides corporate and market reports.
f) Worldscope provides P&L statements, financial statements, cash statements, interim reports, financial figures, corporate information, major shareholders, stock prices, etc.
g) StreetEvents provides transcripts from conference calls, etc.
h) Research module includes a vast amount of analyst reports. This replaces the database "Global Markets & Companies".
