The Global School in Empirical Research Methods (GSERM) is a sophisticated programme on qualitative and quantitative methods launched by the University of St.Gallen.
A profound knowledge in analytical methods has become essential in today’s data-driven world. In academia, PhD programmes and scientific journals require rigorous research that is based on state-of-the-art methods. In industry, an increasing number of positions require practical experience and/or strategic knowledge of sophisticated data analysis.
The GSERM Global School in Empirical Research Methods is a high-calibre programme dedicated to teaching cutting-edge research methodology. We not only welcome PhD students, post-docs, and graduate students from all kinds of fields, but also professionals working outside of academia. The GSERM offers participants from across the globe to enhance their skills in block seminars taught by world-class faculty. We offer courses in quantitative and qualitative statistics at different locations.
