Rematriculation

If you are no longer enrolled at the University of St.Gallen and wish to continue your studies, you must register using the online rematriculation form.

You can re-enrol via the online rematriculation form if:

  • you have started a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme and wish to continue after a break.
  • you have successfully completed the Assessment Year and now wish to continue your Bachelor studies after a break.
  • you did not pass the Assessment Year on your first attempt and are now enrolling for a second attempt.
  • you have completed your Bachelor’s degree and wish to begin a Master’s programme after a break in one of the following programmes: MBI, MiMM, MGM, MACFin, MEcon, MIL, MLaw, MLE.
    Please make sure to meet the specific admission requirements for each programme.
    Important: The MGM programme can only be started in the autumn semester. If you have to complete the Master’s preparatory level, you may re-enrol for the spring semester and start the MGM programme in the following autumn after fulfilling the requirements.
    (Please note: Applications for the specialized Master’s programmes MBF, SIM, MiQE/F, MIA and MCS must be submitted exclusively via Online Application. Application period: 1 October – 30 April.)
  • you have successfully completed a Master’s programme at HSG and wish to apply for a Ph.D. programme.
     

Deadlines for submitting the rematriculation form for assessment, bachelor and master studies

  • For the Autumn semester: 1 February – 30 June
  • For the Spring semester: 1 September – 30 November

Note:

You find the special rematriculation form and the application deadlines for Business Education II on the respective admission website.

Online rematriculation form

If you were exmatriculated for more than 2 semesters, the registration fee CHF 250 will be charged. We will send you an invoice.

The amount will be charged along with the tuition fees.

The PhD Agreement of a HSG-professor incl. dissertation topic for the admission to the Ph.D. programme has to be submitted by email to the PhD Office phdunisg.ch  in due time.
