Rematriculation

Please note: The form below can now only be used for rematriculation in Ph.D. programmes (with a Master’s degree from HSG) for the autumn semester 2026.
A new form will be made available at the end of August for rematriculation for the spring semester 2027.

Information on rematriculation for the spring semester 2027 and later:

You can re-enrol via the online rematriculation form if:

• you have started an additional qualification, a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme and wish to continue after a break.
• you have successfully completed the Assessment Year and now wish to continue your Bachelor studies after a break.
• you did not pass the Assessment Year on your first attempt and are now enrolling for a second attempt.
• you have completed your Bachelor’s degree and wish to begin a Master’s programme after a break in one of the following programmes: MEcon, MIL, MLaw, MLE, MCS (as well as, up to and including rematriculation for the spring semester 2027: MACFin, MBI, MiMM).
  Please make sure to meet the specific admission requirements for each programme.

Applications for the specialized Master’s programmes MBF, SIM, MACFin (as of AS27), MBI (as of AS27), MiMM (as of AS27), MiQE/F, MIA must be submitted exclusively via Online Application. The deadlines are listed on the individual programme admission pages.

Applications for and rematriculation in doctoral programmes will also be made exclusively via the online application system from the spring semester of 2027 onwards. The deadlines are listed on the individual programme admission pages.

The application and processing fee of CHF 268 is payable in all cases and is non-refundable. 

Deadlines for submitting the rematriculation form for assessment, bachelor and master studies

Application deadline for rematriculation in the autumn semester: 1 December – 30 June
Application deadline for rematriculation in the spring semester: 1 July – 30 November

If you were exmatriculated for more than 2 semesters, the registration fee CHF 250 will be charged. We will send you an invoice.
