Consistent sustainable consumption is still a niche phenomenon. Although the majority of consumers find sustainability an important topic, they are unable to change their purchasing behaviour. Prof Dr Johanna Gollnhofer from the Institute for Marketing and Customer Insight at the University of St.Gallen has written a book together with Jan Pechmann on how the masses can be won over to greener consumption through marketing.
