In 1865, the Dosenbach family founded the shoe company of the same name in Bremgarten. In 1928, Gottfried Ochsner opened the first Ochsner shoe store in Zurich. In the meantime, both companies operate jointly as Dosenbach-Ochsner AG and are part of the German Deichmann Group. Stefan Küppers represents this German-Swiss intertwining perfectly. Born on the German Lower Rhine, he started his career in 2004 as a controller with the German Deichmann Group before moving to Switzerland to join Dosenbach-Ochsner AG in 2006. In 2011, he left the company for a very short time to work in controlling at Coop, before his desire for shoes and sporting goods led him back to Dosenbach-Ochsner AG in 2014, where he has been responsible for finance as CFO since 2019.
