Campus Conversation #95 with Leonardo Moser

In this episode, Syra talks to Leonardo Moser, President of the SHSG, about his journey to HSG and what it means to be responsible for around 10,000 students.

Leo didn’t follow the traditional path. His journey began with an apprenticeship at Helvetia and led him, step by step, to a degree course. It wasn’t all plain sailing; among other things, he had to retake the assessment. It is precisely these experiences that have shaped him to this day.

During the conversation, it becomes clear that Leo understands leadership from practice. His time in customer service and sales has shown him how important listening, responsibility and clear communication are. He speaks openly about mistakes, perseverance and why he sees himself as a fighter.

He also offers insights into his daily life as SHSG President and explains how he deals with pressure and why it is important to him to lead by example. An episode about detours, responsibility and personal growth.
