"Don’t wait for certainty to make a difference!" These were the closing words of the 55th St. Gallen Symposium, which took place on May 6 and 7 2026.
Every year, the International Students’ Committee (ISC), made up of ambitious and engaged HSG students, brings more than 1,000 people to campus. Their goal is to foster dialogue across generations, cultures and backgrounds by connecting the leaders of today with the leaders of tomorrow.
This year’s theme, "Disrupted Age", reflects a world shaped by constant change and disruption. In this episode, Syra takes listeners behind the scenes of the Symposium and shares what it is like to be part of this unique experience. She speaks with members of the ISC, Leaders of Tomorrow, and the three finalists of the essay competition.
A conversation about diversity, dialogue and the people shaping tomorrow.
