Do you want to study internationally?

MIA students experience an international environment with courses taught in English. During your studies, you meet and work with students and lecturers with diverse cultural backgrounds from all over the world. The MIA supports exchange semesters after you have completed the compulsory courses in the first two semesters of your Master's studies. The University of St.Gallen has exchange agreements with more than 200 partner universities across the world. Moreover, the freemover programme offers the opportunity of an exchange semester with several other universities worldwide.

As a MIA student, you also have the possibility to apply for attractive double degree programmes with renowned schools such as:

  • Sciences Po Paris, France
  • The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Medford, USA
  • Yonsei Graduate School of International Studies, Seoul, Korea
  • Universidad de los Andes, Bogotá, Colombia

As a double degree student, you spend one academic year at the University of St.Gallen and another one at one of our partner institutions. Upon completion of two academic years, you will be awarded two Master's degrees.
