Martin Hoffmann joined On over 10 years ago as employee number 22 and now heads the company, which currently employs 2,200 people, as Co-CEO and CFO. On has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange since September 2021, has gained Roger Federer as an investor and brand ambassador, and has driven forward its internationalisation. Who would have guessed it when pieces of garden hose were glued under the sole of a prototype in 2010 and the development of new sports shoes began?
