The School of Management (SoM) offers an outstanding education for aspiring leaders and future management professionals. During the Assessment Year, students develop the academic foundations for a successful degree at the University of St.Gallen. Building on this foundation, the Major in Business Administration delivers a rigorous management education, cultivates analytical thinking, and empowers students to shape businesses and organisations in an increasingly complex and rapidly changing world.
Future leaders deepen their expertise and develop the skills to make a meaningful impact in an increasingly complex world. Our Master's programmes combine academic excellence, international perspectives, and practical relevance to prepare students for leadership in business and society.
This is where tomorrow's ideas take shape.
Our doctoral programmes (PhD in Management, PMA) empower researchers to explore complex questions, push the boundaries of knowledge, and contribute to the future of management research and practice.
