Gender & Diversity Monitoring – Report 2020

The University of St.Gallen systematically collects and analyses data on gender distribution in the areas of study and teaching, research and faculty, and administration. The sixth report on “Gender & Diversity Monitoring” provides an overview of current data and the development of gender and diversity at the HSG.

20. January 2021. In the new edition, the “gender” dimension has been expanded for the first time to include other diversity dimensions such as “internationality”, “special needs” and “age”. What’s more, the quantitative presentation of the data has been enriched with qualitative insights. These were made available by numerous bodies, and they show how diversity is lived out every day at the HSG with a great deal of commitment.

Developments over the last ten years

In addition to the current state of affairs, developments over the last ten years are also shown. This makes it clear where the gender ratio has become more balanced and the university more diverse, and in which areas there is still a need for action.

Online and as a brochure

The entire report is available online and as a printed brochure.
