Senate Committee (Art. 41 UG)

The Senate Committee is the appellate body of the University of St.Gallen insofar as Art. 41 UG assigns it the responsibility for this.
According to Art. 41 para. 1 UG, rulings and decisions of university bodies may be appealed to the Senate Committee, unless the University Act provides for appeal to another body.
