Appellate bodies of the University of St.Gallen (HSG)
The University Act of May 26, 1988 [sGS 217.11; UG] provides for the appellate bodies of the University of St.Gallen (HSG) according to Art. 35 UG, the Appeals Committee, Disciplinary Committee, and the "Schlichtungsstelle in Personalsachen".
The appointment of these appellate bodies is governed by the University Act- The University Act of May 26, 1988 [sGS 217.11; UG] - and the University Statutes of October 25, 2010 [sGS 217.15; US]. Proceedings before the appellate bodies are governed by the Administrative Jurisdiction Act of May 16 [sGS 951.1; VRP].
