The SuM-HSG Certificate (24 ECTS) consists of several components that combine theory and practice:
- the Base Camp (4 ECTS) in Lenzerheide, which takes place in calendar week 37 and therefore before the start of the semester (attendance is mandatory);
- the course Introduction to Sustainability Management (4 ECTS; can be counted toward both the SuM certificate and the major), which is offered throughout the semester;
- a range of Core Electives (8 ECTS; can be accredited) on social and environmental sustainability from various disciplines at the University of St. Gallen, which you can take flexibly during your Bachelor's studies;
- the Final Project (8 ECTS), in which you work in teams with companies and other practice partners to develop concrete solutions and make a systemic contribution to sustainability – with a social and/or environmental focus.
