There are 550 workstations available in our library.
In addition to numerous learning workstations, you will find the following special workstations:

Public search PCs

• 6 public research PCs
• 5 Bloomberg terminals for HSG members

Access to electronic resources

You have access without login to our licensed databases, e-books, e-journals and HSGswisscovery. You can download the research results to a USB stick, send them as an e-mail attachment or print them out.

Notes on software / e-mail

Please note that no personal login is possible on these PCs and no e-mail program is installed. You can retrieve your e-mails via web mail. Standard software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an internet browser are available on all PCs. Additional special software can be found in the Windows Start menu.

Please note the information on printing, scanning and photocopying at the library.

Reserved workspaces for doctoral students / master's students

• Reserved workspaces for HSG PhD students
  The library offers reserved workspaces as well as personal lockers for HSG students writing their dissertation. People wanting to regularly use the library to write their dissertation can request one of these workspaces (see download section).
• Reserved workspaces for HSG students writing their master’s thesis
  The library offers reserved workspaces as well as personal lockers for HSG students writing their master's thesis. People wanting to regularly use the library to write their Master's thesis can request one of these workspaces (see download section).

The distribution of the Masters and PhD workspaces will be effected by the date of receipt of the completed application. As soon as a workspace becomes available we will notify you via e-mail.
