18 June 2012. The MBF has improved its strength in almost all ranked areas and is again the highest-ranked finance program in Switzerland and in the German-speaking area.
“Established the right strategy”
“The result confirms our leading position among worldwide finance programs and demonstrates that the MBF has established the right strategy for current and future students’ needs”, says Professor Manuel Ammann, Academic Director of the MBF. “To keep this top position, we continuously work on our high academic standards and extend our curriculum to make it attractive for the best young talents in finance”, Ammann further explains.
Increasing international exposure
The MBF's focus is on its students. Overall, 94% of the MBF graduates claim to have achieved their aims. This puts the University of St.Gallen in first place in this category of the ranking. Moreover, demand for MBF graduates remains high. All of them have a job three months after graduation. In addition to offering a wide range of course choices, taught by the faculty of the newly established School of Finance at the University of St.Gallen, the MBF is also increasing the international exposure of its students by offering newly established courses at the University of St.Gallen's Singapore hub.
Master in Finance Ranking

Summary of MBF results:
• Number 1 for 'aims achieved'
• Number 1 for 'employed at three month'
• Number 2 for 'value for money'
