Doctor’s Degree Award Ceremony

President Thomas Bieger awarded 65 PhD certificates to HSG students, including 51 Economics doctorates, at the graduation ceremony on February 21.

21 February 2011. The 65 PhD diplomas presented by President Bieger included 51 doctorates in Economics, ten in Law, two in Political Science, one in Social Science and one Doctor of Philosophy in Economics and Finance.

In his official speech at the ceremony, Dr. Bieger spoke about the double-sided meaning of a doctoral dissertation and the resulting knowledge that is gained.
