Diversity is an opportunity
Since 2019, the proportion of women among lecturers has increased by 11%.
60% of administrative staff are women.
At management level, the proportion of women is 45%.
At the end of 2023, the HSG presented its 7th Diversity Monitoring Report.
With the Women*@HSG information day, the University aims to increase the proportion of female Bachelor's students, which currently stands at a around 35%. Various student initiatives also promote diversity at the HSG. For example, the student association unigay has been organising a Pride Month in October with cultural events, discussions and exchanges.
