Zulassung

The Real Estate Certificate (REC) is a brand-new additional qualification at the Master’s level, offered for the first time in Fall 2025, which may be started only in the Fall semester.

Admission Requirements
Applicants must be either currently studying in a Master’s programme at the University of St.Gallen or have been admitted.
 

Admission Criteria
The admission process for the Real Estate Certificate is based on an overall assessment of the applicant’s submitted documents. The maximum number of students admitted each year is 50.

To apply, candidates must submit the following documents:

• Curriculum vitae in English
• Motivation letter in English (max. two pages)
• Current transcripts of grades from your Bachelor’s and Master’s studies, including diploma supplements if available.

Application Period
Applications for the Real Estate Certificate can be submitted from February 1st to June 30th via Compass.
