Zulassung

The Real Estate Certificate (REC) is a new additional qualification at the Master’s level, starting in the autumn semester 2025. Applications for the first cohort open on 29 April.

Admission Requirements
Applicants must be either currently studying in a Master’s programme at the University of St.Gallen or have been admitted.
 

Admission Criteria
The admission process for the Real Estate Certificate is based on an overall assessment of the applicant’s submitted documents. The programme management defines the maximum number of students to be admitted each year.

To apply, candidates must submit the following documents:

• Curriculum vitae in English
• Motivation letter in English (max. two pages)
• Current transcripts of grades from your Bachelor’s and Master’s studies, including diploma supplements if available.

Application Period
Applications for the first cohort of the Real Estate Certificate can be submitted from 29 April to 30 June 2025 via Compass.
