Workshop with Prof. Wendy K. Smith (University of Delaware), including an optional reception/dinner

The workshop seminar with Prof. Wendy K. Smith (University of Delaware) is aimed at faculty members of the School of Management, with a particular focus on junior and early-career researchers. It is organized by Prof. Dr. Nils Fürstenberg and Prof. Dr. Harald Tuckermann in collaboration with the University of Zurich.

The seminar will explore key concepts of Both/And Thinking in depth and apply them specifically to current challenges in research and teaching. The workshop provides an opportunity for in-depth discussion and peer feedback.

• Research: Discussion of paradoxes in current research projects—with the opportunity to present your own work and receive feedback from Prof. Wendy K. Smith and peers
• Teaching: Reflection on paradoxes in teaching—including the opportunity to present your own teaching cases and discuss them together
