Mail delivery

You can have documents sent directly to your home.
In swisscovery, "Home address" (or "Office address") is selected as the pickup location. They system forwards your order to a library with an available document.
This document will then be sent to you directly by the owning library by B Mail.
Delivery to Swiss postal addresses costs CHF 12.- per document.

Note:

• The document will be delivered to your address as given in your user account after 3-4 working days.
  You will receive a delivery notification by email.
• Pay the fees the next time you visit the library or wait for the invoice which will be sent to you by email.
