As one of the leading business universities, it is our mission to educate the best talents for today and tomorrow. Our holistic teaching and learning approach integrates topics related to responsibility and sustainability both through specialised formats and by incorporating them into existing curricular and co-curricular offerings.
A key milestone was the introduction of the new Bachelor's certificate programme ‘Integrative Sustainability Management’ (SuM) in September 2024. Moreover, a total of 21 formats and initiatives were developed as part of Teach for Impact to support lecturers and programme managers in integrating sustainability topics into their courses. Furthermore, the conceptual foundation was laid for the further development of ECOnnect's co-curricular support programme into NextGen Impact – a transdisciplinary initiative in which students can develop, test and implement ideas in the field of sustainability.
