Thanks to our practice orientation and focus on impact, we are able to make a valuable contribution to society. Through strong entrepreneurial engagement within the HSG ecosystem, we develop concrete solutions to sustainability challenges. Members of our university are also involved in a variety of knowledge exchange activities with society.
Half of the companies awarded the HSG Startup Label in 2023 and 2024 base their business activities on solving sustainability problems, offering concrete solutions to sustainability challenges. Furthermore, HSG researchers are in high demand for their expertise – they were quoted in several hundred media articles, providing context for current events and sustainability discussions. The diverse community of HSG alumni also contributes actively to societal discourse.
