«Meet the CFO» #26 with Roland Iff | Geberit

It was a very special pleasure for us to be able to talk to Roland Iff in this episode of "Meet the CFO". He looks back on 28 years at Geberit, 16 of them as CFO. During this time, he has been able to help set the company's course: the IPO, the continuous growth, the inclusion in the SMI, the strategically important acquisition of Sanitec, which added ceramic bathroom products to the business model, whereas before we mostly only encountered Geberit via the flush handle plate and the rest of the technology disappeared behind the wall. He has been awarded CFO of the Year twice - and yet has always remained grounded. So if anyone knows how financial leadership works, it has to be him!
