Requirements for eligibility

• «Corresponding author» is employed by the University of St.Gallen
• Article must have been written in connection with employment / research activity at the University of St.Gallen
• Use your institutional email address
• Upon submission: indicate affiliation with University of St.Gallen
• Persons without an employment contract with the University of St.Gallen are not eligible to participate in the Read-and-Publish Agreements

Article quota

• The number of articles per calendar year for which publication fees are covered is limited
• We will inform you on this page as soon as the annual quota has been reached
• The nationwide quota for articles in Gold Open Access journals is expected to be exhausted by mid-September 2026. For articles accepted for publication after this deadline, the library’s agreement with Wiley will no longer cover publication costs. We will provide further information on how to proceed in due course.
