The DE&I Team is your contact point for all topics related to diversity, equality and inclusion at the University of St.Gallen. We are here to promote fairness and a culture of respect in the study and working environment.

With our “Let’s Talk” campaign, we invite all members of the university community to engage in conversation with us: about discrimination, sexual harassment, and how we can work together to create an even more diverse and inclusive campus climate – one that empowers everyone to unfold their talents.

Our conversations are confidential, open and without preconditions – for those affected, for those with questions, and for anyone committed to respectful interaction.
