PhD Office

As a central point of contact, we advise and support prospective students, doctoral students, and supervisors in all phases of doctoral studies – from admission to graduation. We provide guidance, assist with administrative and organizational matters, and serve as a point of contact for challenges and conflicts. I addition, we coordinate the various doctoral programs at the University of St.Gallen and ensure the cross-program coordination of key processes and matters related to doctoral studies.

The University of St.Gallen offers various doctoral programmes, each supported by its own administrative director. For programme-specific questions, for example regarding the curruculum or specific requirements of your doctoral programme, please contact the administrative director of the respective programme directly.
