In this episode, HSG student Hagr Arobei talks about her journey, which has been marked by resilience and determination. She discusses her childhood as a refugee from Iraq, setbacks, social expectations and the pressure to constantly compare oneself in the age of social media. It becomes clear that for Hagr, failure is not the end, but often the beginning of something new.
Hagr also talks about her passion for politics and healthcare, as well as her involvement in various organisations and associations. ‘There are no stupid questions. What there are, however, are dangerous answers.’ She makes it clear how important it is to her to give relevant topics a platform and offer others the opportunity to ask their questions – something she would have liked to have had herself in the past.
An inspiring episode about courage, new beginnings and the power to follow your own path.
