Request for extracurricular intend

Submit a request to organize an event or other extracurricular intend. Locations Campus, theCO, theSTAGE, Unisport.

To ensure that applications are processed as efficiently as possible, we ask all staff members to log in to the staff portal and all students to log in to the student portal and submit their applications there.

We will be closed for the summer holidays from 10 July through 31 July included.

Applications for the sports facilities are processed sporadically.

We will be available again from 3 August 2026.
