Committed students and alumni
The Student Union of the University of St.Gallen (SHSG) represents the interests of students. The Executive Board consists of 6 students working in an honorary capacity and is democratically re-elected every academic year.
The HSG Alumni Association has over 42,000 members. This makes it one of the largest alumni associations in Europe.
The St.Gallen Symposium and the START Summit bring together a total of over 8,000 people for interdisciplinary dialogue. Both annual events are organised by associations of HSG students working on a voluntary basis.
HSG students are involved in around 140 student associations and initiatives.
