St.Gallen Transformation Lab

Leading House: University of St.Gallen

Projektpartner: OST

The St.Gallen Transformation Lab (T-Lab) is a place-based permanent participatory architecture to facilitate sustainability transformations of Higher Education Institutions in the St.Gallen region and of the broader ecosystem and stakeholders (incl. companies, political municipalities, NGOs, civil society) around them. The T-Lab provides a set of cross-cutting support services to the ecosystem and launches complementary mission-oriented projects to facilitate social innovation and positive momentum in the region. A first project is a Future-Maker-Space curated by students and partners to collaborate and experiment across disciplines and organizational boundaries in an impact-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit. T-Lab is underpinned by action-oriented research to crystallize and share learnings.
