Get together and learn from each other

The Mentoring Programme supports students at Bachelor, Master and Ph.D. level in their personal development and professional growth. We bring experienced people (mentors) together with students (mentees) to exchange ideas and learn from each other.

Volunteer mentors accompany students individually over a period of two years. The exchange of knowledge, opinions and perspectives supports students in dealing with current challenges, reflecting on individual experiences and gaining a career-oriented perspective. Mutual goodwill and respect are key to a successful mentoring relationship.
