Since summer 2023, the Competence Center for Criminal Law and Criminology has been offering the continuing education programme “Interrogations in Sexual Criminal Law” for judges, police officers, and prosecutors. The programme is structured over four days and takes place at the Executive Campus HSG in St. Gallen.
Speakers include Prof. Monika Simmler (SK-HSG), Linda Sutter (Office of the Public Prosecutor, St. Gallen), Prof. Nora Markwalder (SK-HSG), Prof. Susanna Niehaus (HSLU), Christoph Ill (Office of the Public Prosecutor, St. Gallen), Dr. Tom Frischknecht (Cantonal Court of St. Gallen), Dr. Nicole Zürcher Fausch (Rüesch Attorneys at Law), and Irina Lampart (Victim Support SG/AI/AR).
