Walk-In & Peer Advisory

Our walk-in service gives you the opportunity to speak to us directly. We are regularly on site and offer short one-to-one meetings without an appointment. Regardless of whether it's about organising your studies, personal concerns or finding the right specialist department - we will be happy to help you! You will find us in building 09 in the foyer.

As part of our walk-in appointments, you also have the opportunity to make appointments for peer advising. This gives you the opportunity to talk directly to a student from the University of St.Gallen, who will assist you with student questions and support and advise you from a student perspective.

If none of the available times suit you, or if you have more extensive concerns and questions that cannot be addressed in a brief conversation, you are welcome to book a consultation appointment using the booking tool or contact us by email. We are happy to discuss your questions in detail and provide you with the best possible advice. Telephone enquiries are also accepted during consultation hours on Thursdays (subject to capacity).
