ClearDebt: A Technical Debt Management Platform for Swiss Hospitals

We aim to develop ClearDebt, a technical debt management platform tailored for Swiss hospitals. The platform will use an intuitive labeling system to make technical debt visible provide nudging mechanisms for IT decision-makers in order to reduce and prevent technical debt accumulation.
