29 June 2014. Ever since the existence of this invitation tournament, the HSG Administration has left the pitch as the cup winner. This year, too, the chances of the HSG footballers’ victory are good. The Administration has only just finished a friendly game against diwa pro, a side made up of former league players, with a notable 5:5 draw. The HSG footballers, who train under the aegis of HSG Communication chief Marius Hasenböhler on Wednesday afternoons all the year round, will make every effort to keep the cup at the HSG.
Politicians and district association are motivated
The politicians and the local heroes of the Rotmonten District Association would like to put a stop to the HSG Administration’s winning streak. Both the FC Cantonal Parliament and the SC Municipal Parliament rely on their regular match practice. The District Association’s close relations with the FC Rotmonten leads to the conjecture that one or the other footballer will reinforce the district politicians’ side.
Thus lively matches can be guaranteed. Kick-off will be at 6.15 p.m. Each team will play all the others on the small pitch, and after the tournament, the first reminiscences will already be exchanged, and tactical plans will be forged for the future. Spectators are cordially welcome.
