Ute Collier at the 13th REMforum 2023: «My optimism fluctuates from day to day.»

The International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) is sounding the alarm about global investment in the energy transition. It says that while current investments are at record levels, they need to quadruple if the 1.5°C target is to be met. Dr. Ute Collier of IRENA was a guest at the 13th St.Gallen Forum for Management of Renewable Energies, organized by the Institute for Economics and the Environment at the University of St.Gallen. In the video interview, Ute Collier explains the reasons for the investment gap and which sectors need the most support.
