Prior to her employment at the Research Institute of Organization Psychology, Anne Köhler (née Rickelt) worked in different departments at the University of St.Gallen between 2014 and 2019 (e.g. at the Institute of Management and the Executive School, as well as in university administration). She also worked in Marketing at Accenture Switzerland and gained experience in event management.

Currently, she works for the Grants Office and the chair of Professor Andrea Back (IWI-HSG).
