Semiconductor Process and Fabrication Service for Customer-Specific Photonic Detectors

We aim at providing a lean semiconductor process and a fabrication service for highly customisable silicon photodetectors beyond the limitations of conventional CMOS technology. We will be the first to publish a PDK for this technology, giving customers access to full design freedom.
