Award of Doctor’s degrees

At its award ceremony on 14 September 2009, the University of St.Gallen (HSG) awarded a total of 93 Doctor’s degrees.

14 September 2009. At its award ceremony, the HSG awarded the following Doctor’s degrees: 82 in Economics, two PhDs in Economics and Finance, four Doctor’s degrees in Political Sciences and five in Law.

Ten of the graduates obtained the distinction of summa cum laude for their achievements.

In his ceremonial address, President Ernst Mohr spoke about expertise and the challenge of acting at the interfaces between different fields.
