Ask a Librarian

After the break, we are testing a new addition to our support services: Ask a Librarian. Our Search and Find Team can offer support for a wide spectrum of questions, e.g.:

• How can I optimize my search strategy?
• What data sources are available and how can I access them?
• What support options are there for Open Access?

Just enter your information in our webform Ask a Librarian and select how you want us to reply. Our Search and Find Team will contact you as soon as possible.

Furthermore, we are testing new service hours for our other support services that reflect the change in demand:

  Mon - Fri from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
• HSGswisscovery Chat new:
  Mon - Fri from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
