Discussion about the quality of education The issue of education and funding is being discussed in controversial terms again these days: do students actually profit from educational expenditure? Are we using sufficient resources in the right places? It is not solely the amount of funds invested that is crucial for quality and success. The question as to whether students are getting the education they deserve will be the topic of the Zeit Campus Dialogue. At the HSG Peer Teuwsen, the Swiss correspondent of Die Zeit, will discuss the quality of education with President Prof. Dr. Thomas Bieger, Vice-President Prof. Dr. Ulrike Landfester, Dr. Urs Moser (Head of the Institute of Educational Evaluation at the University of Zurich) and the economist Rudolf Strahm (Social Democrat National Councillor for many years, former price supervisor, author). Students and the general public will then be invited to ask questions. Zeit Campus Dialogue in St.Gallen Under the heading of Zeit Campus Dialogue, experts from education, research and teaching discuss developments and trends, opportunities and risks for the university landscape in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
