Miriam Baumgärtner works as a project leader and postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Disability and Integration, University of St. Gallen. She earned her Ph.D. in Management from the University of St. Gallen and her B.A. and M.Sc. in Psychology with a focus on industrial & organizational psychology as well as evaluation and research methodology from the University of Mannheim. Her research interests focus on workplace (dis-)ability & inclusion, leadership and mental health and New Work. She gained further practical experience as a consultant at the Kenexa GmbH in Munich.
