Focus on digital learning strategy and most recently the development of AI-centered learning and performance support solutions. Senior advisor for global clients. Business development and sales. Project set-up and oversight. Regional focus on Europe, Asia, and Africa.
  • 2008 – 2019: Swiss Virtual Business School VBS AG, St. Gallen – Munich – Toronto. Managing Director and Co-owner. Development of a leading education, multimedia and software provider for innovative online training and performance support solutions (50 employees, 3 locations, turnover of several million euros, high-profile customer base).
  • 1999-2008: Oliver Wyman, Munich. Analyst and consultant, promotion to project manager in 2002, promotion to partner in 2007. Member of the Manufacturing practise. Recruiting team, training team, representative of the Core Consulting Group in 2004 and 2005 (100 non-partner level consultants). Captain of soccer team.
