Welcome to the School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS). The SHSS is one of six departments of the University of St.Gallen. Its members pursue humanities and social science approaches in teaching and research.
The SHSS is responsible for several teaching programes, including Contextual Studies, and a central pillar of the the University of St.Gallen's integrative teaching approach.
