See the large pictures 16 December 2015: Furniture sale for a good cause The HSG Career Services Center (CSC) sells it's furniture for little prizes on 16 December from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. The earnings will be doubled by the CSC and donated to the campaign "Jeder Rappen zählt" (Gemeinsam für Jugendliche in Not). Watch the Video 18 December 2015: Chrismas in the Czech Republic Pavla Rulfová-Schlegel is the Head of the Language Centre at the University of St.Gallen. A long time ago she emigrated from the Czech Republic to Constance, Germany. 34 years ago she moved to St.Gallen and still remembers the celebration of Christmas in her native country fondly. This year's Christmas celebration will be different from what he is used to. Read more 23 December 2015: Christmas in Singapore Yvonne Guo, a graduate in International Affairs from the University of St.Gallen, describes Christmastime in Singapore: “There’s no snow when we celebrate Christmas in tropical Singapore. But you can find artificial snowflakes and diamonds in Orchard Road, the heart of Singapore’s shopping quarter. At night, the streets are decorated with impressive hanging lights, and the shopping centres compete for the best Christmas displays. No expense is spared: genuine chocolate houses, giant Christmas trees… The streets are transformed into a wonderland in which tourists and families are able take photos and enjoy the Christmas atmosphere.” 24 December 2015: Wishing you a wonderful Christmas!
