The six guests included experts on diversity, economics, and international business as well as a former German politician and two Nobel Laureates. The day began with each expert giving an input statement presenting their own unique perspective on the concept of diversity and how it could be viewed, as well as how it can benefit larger society.

The opinions were widely ranged as the speakers brought their diverse expertise to the subject. These input statements were used as the basis for a series of student workshops consisting of around ten students and one expert each. the workshops gave students a chance to debate these ideas and concepts with the experts.
