From aerobics to speedball On 8 January 2011, University Sports St.Gallen will stage a "SportImpuls Fitness" event on the Gründenmoossports facilities, thus providing an insight into a wide variety of sports in the fields of fitness. 5 January 2011. What used to attract more than 500 sports enthusiasts a year under the name of “ostCHbewegt” is now intended to provide a wide public with insights into many different types of sports in the fields of fitness and physical condition under the new heading of “SportImpuls Fitness”. In numerous lessons from 10 a.m. to 6.15 p.m., anyone who is interested will be able to have a go at the fitness sport TaeBo or to work up a sweat with dance aerobic steps. Added to this, there will be two-and-a-half-hour workshops on body forming, fight on step, Pilates, barbell pumping, yoga, thoughts and emotions, step & tone, mental centring and speedball, all of which address different conditional and psychological factors. The organisers are again expecting more than 500 visitors this year.
