Dies 2010: Youth and University
On 29 May 2010, the University of St.Gallen will celebrate the dies academicus of the alma mater sangallensis, which this year will be devoted to the topic of "Youth and University".
25 May 2010. The celebration will begin at 10 a.m. in the Audimax (Library Building, Room 09-010). There will be speeches by President Ernst Mohr, by Sebastian Bekemeier, President of the Student Union, and by Prof. Dr. Franz Eberle, holder of the Chair of Preacademic Secondary Education at the University of Zurich.
The Toggenburg as the guest region
The event will be accompanied by the Brandhölzler Striichmusig, a group of young Toggenburgers who play original local string instrument music. The Toggenburg is this year’s guest region. The population is cordially invited to attend the dies academicus.
