Vito Roberto holds the chair for Private, Commercial and Business Law, and is the director of the Institute for Legal Studies and Legal Practice.
Areas of Research
Professor Roberto primarily researches Tort Law. He has also published articles and books on other selected topics of Swiss Private Law, mainly Contract and Company Law.
Courses
Professor Roberto teaches at graduate and undergraduate level. He is particularly known for co-organising the Assessment level's course «Introduction to Private Law» and the Bachelor level's course «Business Law». Other courses taught include «Tort Law» in the Master's programme.
